Mountain Mamas began serving Canmore, Alberta, and the surrounding areas in 2018, and we have grown steadily in vacation rentals and commercial and residential markets.

Since its early beginnings with Meghan as the owner/operator, Mountain Mamas has experienced significant and ongoing growth in the Bow Valley.

Mountain Mamas is proud to continue leading the cleaning industry in terms of both client and employee retention.

Meghan loves being a part of the business community and was born and raised in the valley. A real local.

Meghan loves to support the local hockey and baseball teams. Her other interest is teaching power skating. Meghan's company, MJ's Bow Valley Skating, operates all year round.

27 years of coaching experience/in CanSkate, Star Skate, Competitive, and Powerskate.

Teaching minor hockey, junior A & B, and major and pro hockey players.

Skate Canada NCCP Provincial Coach Trained.

Meghan coaches children to adults.

First-timers also learn to skate.
